By using this website, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English so you can actually read them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About this site

This site is operated by Heidi For Homer, the campaign committee for Heidi Pacella's 2027 nonpartisan campaign for Mayor of Homer Glen, Illinois. A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections is (or will be) available on the Board's official website (www.elections.il.gov) or for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois.

Text message (SMS) terms

These terms govern the Heidi For Homer text-messaging program. By opting in — checking the SMS consent box on our Pledge form and verifying your number with a one-time code — you agree to receive recurring text messages from Heidi For Homer at the mobile number you provided.

  • Program: Heidi For Homer campaign alerts.
  • Message types: voting and Election Day reminders, event and meet-and-greet invitations, volunteer coordination, and campaign updates.
  • Frequency: typically 1–4 messages per month, with more frequent reminders in the two weeks before Election Day. Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email dominic@heidiforhomer.com.
  • Consent is not a condition of donating, volunteering, requesting a yard sign, or any other interaction with the campaign.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Carriers — including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile — are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
